The selection is fantastic — from fresh produce and essential spices to a wide variety of Indian staples. They also carry amazing snacks and hard-to-find treats that you won’t see anywhere else locally. Everything is well-stocked and organized, making it easy to shop. I had the BEST time here! The owner (and his sweet son) could not have been kinder or more helpful. He really took the time to explain various products to me and help me find new foods to try. The prices are extremely reasonable, from hot fresh samosas to a wide variety of spices to stock up on. Can’t wait to come back, thank you for the wonderful experience!!

It was such a welcoming surprise finding this hidden gem. The market was filled with the best of all the brands and more from the frozen section to the masalas, rice and grains, sauces and powders for easy delicious cooking and not forgetting the range of snacks, deserts and frozen cooked foods. Taste of India Market in Colorado Springs is a true gem. It’s a family-owned Indian market with exceptional service — attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The store is very clean, well organized, and stocked with everything you might need, from everyday pantry staples to harder-to-find ingredients. I also love that they offer a rewards system, which you don’t often see in small businesses but is definitely appreciated. They have a great selection of frozen favorites too, perfect for quick and easy meals without sacrificing flavor. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for quality products, great service, and a dependable local spot for all your Indian grocery needs!

This store has a very good selection of foods and spices from India. It is clean and welcoming with plenty of space to walk around. The owner came to me asking if I was finding what I needed and helped me get all the ingredients I needed for a traditional Punjabi recipe. (it turned out excellent BTW) The location is not highly visible from Academy but it isn't out of the way at all. I will definitely go back often!
